CKC Academy Jhansi is making an effort to offer a rich academic and co-curricular program. The management and teachers work hard to help students get ready for their future education and career decisions. This is only peripheral.

In depth, my dear parents and well-wishers, our main focus for our students is to "humanize" them completely. The lack of empathy for human feelings, which occurs as we become more self-centered, is clearly becoming more prevalent in today's culture. Making "Good Human citizens" of our students is the aim of this institution.

As a result, our commitment pushes us toward the convergence of an education system that is centered on the students. We help students develop intellectually, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. We start to recognize students' distinctiveness and personality. We begin to understand the individuality of the students and their uniqueness. We give shape to their future. Therefore, what drives us to create a good human in the world is not professionalism but rather our "Teachers' Mission".

I owe the Most Rev. Peter Parapullil (Bishop of Jhansi), the President and Chairman of the School, a huge debt of gratitude for his guidance and graces. He is the backbone of CKC Academy. I'm grateful to Rev. Fr. Christudas, the Manager of our school, who gives us all motivation and support. I also thank Rev. Fr. Ronald Urban D'Souza for taking the institution forward since its days of inception. I humbly thank my teachers for working together and participating in activities to improve the school alongside me. Thanks to the grounds staff for their dedication to maintain the campus's cleanliness. Lastly, I acknowledge the contribution and effort of the parents and guardians toward inculcating an integrative spirit in their children, thereby enabling them to feel at home among us.

Our children represent our hopes and dreams. As a parent, you want the best for your child and we are proud to be working with you to ensure that they are given the right knowledge to face future challenges. Parents, students and the school authorities are a team and compliment each other's efforts. Education is not just a process of giving knowledge for a future job but a lifelong process which creates an understanding of moral and ethical values to guide one's life and make our students the future hope of our country. At C.K.C. Academy, we hope to create an atmosphere of reverence for education and a healthy environment where work, sports and co- curricular activities will mould our students and spur them on to be the brightest and the best. In order to do this, the parents and the school authorities must work together to inculcate certain values in the students, respect for one's elders, especially the teachers and a commitment to discipline are engraved in Indian culture. Let us inculcate these ideals in our younger generation. A student who has respect for the teacher will be more receptive to authority and to learning. This will enable him/her to get the best out of the school.

A student who is taught discipline will learn the power of self-control. Freedom, to be truly effective, needs the guidance of discipline. To be successful, we need self-discipline which teaches us to sacrifice

individual interest in favour of group interest. Just as a machine comes with a prescribed manual for its correct use, we want you to use the guidelines to get the best out of your children. Teach your children to respect school discipline and to be proud of it. The parents and school authorities together can instill proper discipline and basic values in the children while preparing them academically for their future.

A large part of a child's active life is spent in the school. However every child gets his/her emotional stability from the parents. It is the parent's attitude that a child absorbs and the interest and time that parents invest in children, is crucial for their development. We request you to spend fifteen minutes if not more with your child, talking to him/her about his/her day in the school. Know your children; not just the homework they need to complete but also the friends they make and the problems they face in school, in the school bus or at play. Try to create a sense of purpose in the children and be their friend. Encourage him/her to do his/her work regularly from day one. Please do attend the Parent-Teacher Meetings regularly. You are welcome to meet the teachers by appointment if there is any health problem. It is important to inform the class teacher about any change in address and telephone number. It is also very important that all fees are paid on time.

Welcome to CKC ACADEMY. It is a sister concern of Christ the King College. I am very happy to address you through this page. CKC Academy was established with the intention of offering value based and quality education to the locals of this area. The aim of our school is to help our students to grow into fine human beings who are capable to face the challenges of present world. Here the ways we teach and the ways our students learn are unique and creative. We never hesitate to look into our deficiencies to transform us to be an efficient agent of social change.

I can boldly say that we excel in every initiative that we undertake and we stand together in facing the challenges in achieving quality education. In all we have made every effort to be sensitive and compassionate to the marginalized and the needy. This has been the unique character of CKC ACADEMY. I feel happy when the bright and talented students perform remarkably well. However what makes me happier is when a weak student from a rural background progresses steadily from poor performance to better performance, moving towards excellence. We feel proud to provide quality education by equipping our students with skill, confidence for a positive approach to life with an all round development. The CKC ACADEMY is relentlessly striving to aspire and maintain academic excellence at the same time encourages the students to participate in various co- curricular and extra-curricular activities.

The management is highly supportive for the comprehensive development of students and the faculty. It takes keen interest and stands by any such endeavour. Our teachers are committed and dedicated to the development of the ACADEMY by imparting their knowledge and play a positive role as facilitators as well as role models to our students.
